2 days of golf and gourmet in Southern Finland

Day 1

Transfer to Southern Finland to Nordcenter Golf in the historical iron works surroundings. Golf at the Nordcenter Benz-course. Buffet lunch after the game in the club restaurant Åminne Gård. After lunch, 9 holes or 2 x 9 holes on a Fream-course.

The sauna is at your disposal after the game.

Dinner in a charming estate from the 18th century, Åminne Gård. Enjoy a carefully prepared dinner with matching wines.

• Champagne, Blanc de Blancs Brut Grand Cru, Diebolt Vallois
• Beetroot carpaccio, snow ham and machegocrème. Bourgogne Rouge, Château de Puligny Montrachet 2002
• Deer filé, cloudberry pesto, chanterelle lasagne in Madeira sauce
• Vin de Pays de l’Hérault, La Chapelle de Saint-Dominique 2003
• Apple duo: A combination of sweet and sour, flavoured with calvados and caramel sauce
• Coffee/tea

In the world renown Fiskars designers’ and handicrafters’ village in the Wärdshus hotel or in the sourthermost town of Finland, Hanko, in a beautiful wooden villa from 1886 called Villa Maija (transfer)

 

Day 2

Breakfast at the hotel

Golf either in historical surroundings in the ”Ruukki Golf” near Fiskars or in the southernmost golf course in Finland, Hanko!

At Fiskars’ Wärdshuset or in the Origo restaurant in Hanko
