Why would you endeavor yourself with your companies´ conference arrangements? SaariTours will do the work for you. We know the best venues available – and you pay no more than if you order directly from the conference sites themselves.

SaariTours conference venue selection consists of the best destinations in the area stretching from Helsinki to Hanko, and now even in the Turku area. We tailor your conference packages and take care of recreational programs. Need a guided tour? We will guide you in five languages – Finnish, Swedish, English, French and German. Russian guides also available.

Small groups, 5-20 people

  • A villa/cottage by the sea in Porkkala, 45 minutes from Helsinki. Suitable recreational program is hunting or fishing. Or a tour in the archipelago, with a guide who knows the best stories about the smugglers, ghosts, war heroes etc. Conference arrangements for max 30 people and accommodation max 10 people.
  • A unique hideaway by the sea in the Tammisaari area. You just do not want to leave once you have come here! Conference and accommodation up to 10 people. Fancy arrival by boat? This is your place.
  • A humorous conference site by the sea. After having seen the conference room, a manager from a major company said. “This is better than a five star hotel”! History, humor and inspiration – under an hour from Helsinki.

Medium-size groups, 20-70 people

  • A new pearl by the shore of a canal. You will hear a lot about this place – it pays to be among the first ones to visit it The beds in this place are guaranteed to be the best you've ever slept in – and every room has a view to the sea! Excellent food, superb wines, elegant sauna and relaxation area. The conference venue max 55 people, accommodation max 24 people.
  • A wooden villa in Hanko – the southernmost conference venue in SaariTours' selection. This beauty, from 1886, has verandas with glass paintings, charm and atmosphere. The conference venue max 20 people, accommodation max 34 people.
  • A magnificent manor – a place full of history and antiques. An elegant park with statues and a high class restaurant. An interesting “orangerie” to relax in after the sauna. Perhaps you want to arrange a private concert at the outdoor stage? Conference place and accommodation, max 70 people.
  • A manor from the 1700's in Inkoo. Two friendly and energetic women run the place, one of them being the 16th generation on the farm! Style, authenticity, beauty and peace with fine-dining meals made from local ingredients. Conference place max 50 people, accommodation max 20 people. Extra: a shop with tasteful objects for you house and garden in a French country style.
  • A funny farm with a happy atmosphere in Porkala. The hostess cooks good jams, there is a bathtub inside the sauna, and every now and then antiques on sale in the main building. It is worthwhile to combine the conference with a tour of Porkkala and its war-historical sites. Conference place max 50 people, accommodation max 30 people.

Large groups, accommodation even for 400 people

  • Iron works! Exclusive conference facilities in a world famous artist- and handy craft-village in a genuine, former iron works milieu. ”Absolutely the best conference venue I have ever seen” said a Swedish “conference pro”. Creative after-conference program: glass blowing, iron welding, paper making, ceramics…
  • Golf manor at the seashore. This fine manor´s history begins in 1570. The manor has fine-dining kitchen and various rooms for conferences up to 100 people. Accommodation either in a near-by iron works or in the next town. Besides playing golf, you can go by sea to Tammisaari or the mysterious island of Jussarö!
  • Experienced conference organizer by a lake. Conference facilities for up to 300 people, group work rooms, saunas, swimming pool, restaurant. Suitable for training sessions for the whole staff. Accommodation for 150 people.
  • Sports Institute for a sportive conference. Large gym, where your whole staff can train for example line dancing! Golf courses, archery, funny games – a lot of alternatives! Suitable for recreational days. Accommodation for 242 people and with extra beds there is room for even 400 people.
